Clear answers before you apply.
Quick guidance on admissions, course formats, certificates, payments, and what happens after enrollment.
Who can apply for Skinova Training Academy courses?
Our courses are designed for medical and aesthetic professionals, including doctors, nurses, dentists, clinic owners, and suitably experienced practitioners. Some programmes are beginner-friendly, while advanced injectables, laser, and device courses may require previous clinical experience or evidence of relevant professional practice.
How do I know which course level is right for me?
Each course page explains the intended learner level, delivery format, outcomes, and any entry requirements. If you are unsure, our admissions team can review your background and recommend the most appropriate route before you pay or reserve a place.
Do you offer both recorded video lectures and live online classes?
Yes. Some courses are self-paced or video-led, so you can study the lecture material inside your student dashboard. Other programmes include scheduled live online classes through Zoom, and those sessions appear in the student calendar when you are enrolled.
Where will I find Zoom links for live classes?
When a live session is added to your course, the joining details are shown from inside the course area and calendar. Students use the learner link to join, while the assigned teacher or academy team starts the host session from the staff side.
Will live online sessions be recorded?
Recording availability depends on the course and the teacher's delivery plan. If replay access is included, it will be stated on the course page or shared by the academy after the session. Attendance may still be required for certificate eligibility on selected programmes.
Do I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Most Skinova programmes include a certificate once the required lessons, assessments, attendance, or practical criteria are completed. Certificate rules can vary by course, especially for clinical intensives where attendance and competency requirements may apply.
Can I pay in instalments?
Selected courses may offer deposits, instalments, or payment plans in GBP. The available payment options are shown during checkout or confirmed by admissions for courses that require manual review before enrollment.
How long will I have access to my course?
Access length can vary by programme. Video-led courses usually remain available through your student dashboard for the access period stated on the course page, while cohort-based courses follow the published schedule and any replay policy attached to that intake.
Can I join from outside the UK?
Yes. Online and live online courses can be joined internationally, provided the class time works for your timezone and your professional background is suitable for the course. In-person training requires attendance at the stated venue.
What happens after I buy or enroll in a course?
After checkout or approval, the course appears in your student dashboard. From there you can open lessons, track progress, view scheduled live sessions, submit assignments where required, and access certificate information once completion requirements are met.
Who should I contact if I cannot access my course or live class?
Contact the Skinova support or admissions team using the details on the Contact page. Include the email address used for enrollment, the course name, and a screenshot or short description of the issue so the team can check your access quickly.
