We understand plans change. Here’s how we handle cancellations:
Cancellations:
- You may cancel or reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
No-Shows:
- Failure to attend without notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
